For ISA and PSI applications, our standard selection comprises over 2,000 different brackets and terminating elements. The European distribution headquarters in Karben (near Frankfurt am Main, Germany) has more than 400 types on stock at any given time!

This availability is of great service to clients, especially when they contact Globe Manufacturing GmbH prior to placement. This gives us the possibility to offer our clients an adequate bracket in advance, saving them both money for costly customised items and time with potentially long delivery periods.

Another highlight is the system-compatible construction of the brackets: In terms of material, design and treatment, they all comply with the standards of leading computer manufacturers.

Custom-made products for client-specific applications are produced at short notice and in close cooperation with the client. The tool design is completed with the very effective CAD/CAM equipment and the tools are produced by means of wire erosion.

For Globe Manufacturing GmbH to be able to offer its clients a holistic service, the product range has been expanded to also include other electro mechanic elements including screws, rivets etc.

From concept to production – from simple metal elements to complex structural components: with support from its parent company, A.K. Stamping, the sophisticated finishing techniques from Globe Manufacturing GmbH will ensure cost and time savings.

As a full-service operator in terms of metal processing, Globe Manufacturing GmbH assists its clients during the design and conception phase, finishes the desired prototypes and samples and allows for the production of smaller-scale orders as well as computer-controlled large-volume productions.

Already in the development phase, the prototypes and small-scale productions already reveal any flaws in the construction and this reduce critical time delays with the development of new devices.

Limitless possibilities Globe Manufacturing GmbH: More than a finishing technique

Globe Manufacturing GmbH uses the most up-to-date CAD/CAM equipment. The flexibility in terms of manufacturing is nearly limitless. We complete any follow-up work such as riveting, drilling, spot welding, tapping and hydraulic insertion. Furthermore, Globe Manufacturing GmbH also offers surface refinement, which includes galvanising, nickel coating and varnishing of steel sheets. To be able to professionally and individually refine the products, Globe Manufacturing GmbH also offers serigraphy and embossment (hot stamping and foil stamping).
